■ Ampoule sizes applicable range from 1ml to 25ml.

■ Continuous rotary running for washing combined with ultrasonic treatment in water bath, précised centering of

washing needles, no breakage during washing, easier adjustment for sizes change

■ Equipped with safety devices for protection of main driving to be damaged to ensure long life time

■ Very low breakage and stability thanks to using of tooth pieces combined with star wheels to transferring of

ampoule to ensure no pushing between ampoules during production

Washing machine

washing machine consist of infeeding section, ultrasonic treatment section and final washing section, the containers are going through those sections for completion of the whole washing processing by the prewashing and final washing steps, the washing quality of the containers can be validated.

Tunnel sterilization 

This equipment is applied for drying, sterilizing and depyrogenation of washed vials, ampoules and the other containers, the tunnel is divided into three processing zones which are of preheating zone, heating zone and cooling zone. According to the requirement the air cooling and water cooling as be in options. All the fabric material in line with GMP guideline.

Ampoule filling and sealing machine

The machine is a linear filling and sealing of aseptic injectables liquid into ampoule under cleaning environment. Ampoule is conveyed via conveyor belt to the infeeding scroll and transferred by tooth pieces into filling station for filling and then be moved to sealing station for sealing by flame. Pre and Post gas flushing could be as option.
